Hi, we're Mark & Lynn Leonard from Leonard Insurance. We'd like to take a moment to tell you a little bit our agency.
Leonard Insurance was started in 1963 by Melvin Leonard. Since that first day, our goal has been to provide the best service for the people of southeastern Wisconsin.
Leonard Insurance has always been an independent insurance agency. What is an independent insurance agency? It's an agency that represents several insurance companies, not just one such as State Farm, American Family, Farmers, NOR the impersonal 1-800, or on line cold services that treat you like a number. By having relationships with multiple insurance companies, we give our customers many choices when insuring their cars, homes, and other property they might have.
The benefit to our customers is that having choices when it comes to insurance usually translates into better coverage and a much better value.
Another thing that sets us apart from other agencies is that we personally answer the phone. Whether you have a question about your bill, or you have a possible claim, you'll always have someone to talk to.

I see I'm not the only one receiving a letter of "Non Payment and Past Due Notices" From an insurance company I've never heard of nor used in the past whatsoever according to my records. The letter states no insurance type, policy or information and is void of any indication of what I'm 'past due on. Nor have I EVER been contacted by this company in the past regarding any account. The letter is only signed Leonard Insurance Services and bares no name of the underwriter or agent. Seems like fraud. I've reached out twice no response.

I received a letter in the mail today telling me that I was past due on an insurance premium. I didn’t even know they existed until I received this letter in the mail, so I’m not even sure how I could possibly be past due an insurance premium I don’t even have.

I contacted Leonard Insurance seeking insurance for my new business venture. The quote they provided was far better than other insurance agencies I had contacted. My husband and I were so impressed with Leonard Insurance and our insurance advisor, Reed, that we asked for quotes for our home/umbrella and car insurances. We've been getting our car and home insurance from Leonard's for 45 years now (except for maybe 1 year), while we were renting an apartment from Mel and Maryann above their office on 17th and Silver Spring in 1975 when we got married. Mark started in that office not too much later.

I want to note right away that I’m really impressed by her professionalism, I have not met such responsible, friendly specialist like Jenny for a long time. She was very attentive to all the details of my case, showed great patience with my many questions (she explained all the nuances to me and gave examples). Sometimes balls get dropped, however, once Mark was made aware he has kept an eye on things and even surprised me by being at the inspection of the property.
