Mark and Lynn and the rest of the team have been my agents for more than 20 years at least. They are responsive to questions, rate reviews and changes helping us to reduce our expenses as needed. Never pushing products we don't need and patient with us.

I contacted Leonard Insurance seeking insurance for my new business venture. The quote they provided was far better than other insurance agencies I had contacted. My husband and I were so impressed with Leonard Insurance and our insurance advisor, Reed, that we asked for quotes for our home/umbrella and car insurances. Given the price was much less than and included more coverage than our current insurance, we made the switch to Leonard Insurance for all our private and business insurance needs!!!

We've been getting our car and home insurance from Leonard's for 45 years now (except for maybe 1 year), while we were renting an apartment from Mel and Maryann above their office on 17th and Silver Spring in 1975 when we got married. Mark started in that office not too much later.Always got good rates and coverage, and our daughter and her husband do too.It's great working with honest people looking out for our best interests.
This may make me sound old but it has been a pleasure doing business with Leonard Insurance beginning with Mel at the GEX Store about 54 years ago. Can't go wrong with a great family and family business.

I want to note right away that I’m really impressed by her professionalism, I have not met such responsible, friendly specialist like Jenny for a long time. She was very attentive to all the details of my case, showed great patience with my many questions (she explained all the nuances to me and gave examples). Also, at my request, the agent provided me with all the necessary information and documents very quickly, responded to my emails immediately. Jenny worked amazing with her team to give me the most favorable insurance conditions and goods, she took the initiative to clarify all the various options. Thank you Jenny!
